What does Moneyplant do?

Moneyplant is a licensed Financial Advice Provider (FSP1005259) in Papakura. Our team gives mortgage, personal insurance and KiwiSaver advice to first-home buyers, families and investors across South Auckland.

Does it cost anything to use a mortgage broker?

For most clients, no. Lenders and insurers pay us a commission, so our advice usually costs you nothing. Some fees can apply in specific situations, which are set out in our public disclosure.

Which lenders and insurers do you work with?

We compare the major banks, including ASB, Westpac, ANZ, BNZ and Kiwibank, plus a range of non-bank lenders. For insurance, we work with leading New Zealand insurers such as AIA, Partners Life, Chubb Life and Momentum Life.

Where are you based, and when are you open?

Our office is at 118 Great South Road, Papakura. We're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and weekend appointments are available by arrangement. We can also meet by phone or video.

Can you help if my bank has said no?

Often, yes. Lenders have different policies, and our panel includes non-bank lenders that can help when a bank's rules don't fit, for example if you're self-employed or have a smaller deposit.
